On the afternoon of May 24, 2026, delegations from the Guizhou and Dalian Shengyou Association, together with the Ningbo Shengyou Association, visited Zhejiang Pangtai for an in-depth tour and exchange. Taking this on-site study opportunity, the group went into the production frontline, exchanged management experience and explored development ideas together — building consensus and broadening horizons through mutual learning, and opening a study journey dedicated to empowerment and growth.

Touring the Company Premises

      Guided by Mr. Zheng and Mr. Pang, the study delegation from Guizhou and Dalian visited the production workshop, office area, sample showroom and corporate culture zone in turn. They gained first-hand insight into Zhejiang Pangtai's production processes, equipment layout, product technology and system development, experienced the company's standardized management and smart manufacturing capabilities up close, and immersed themselves in a full picture of the enterprise's development.

Exchange & Sharing Session

      After the on-site tour, the study and exchange session officially began. Everyone gathered together to learn through exchange and grow through sharing — listening to the company's development experience, discussing industry development ideas, and building consensus through the collision of perspectives, jointly exploring cooperation and development.

 

 

Zheng Yangchun

      Mr. Zheng Yangchun, Chairman of Zhejiang Pangtai, drew on his own experience to share his entrepreneurial journey and valuable working insights, offering the visiting guests practical and profound inspiration while broadening their business thinking and industry perspective.

 

      General Manager Mr. Pang shared his reflections from joining the Shengyou Association to the present day: "We grow through cultivation and find joy in practice. Clearly defined roles, each fulfilling their duties, mutual understanding and mutual achievement — this is the core of business management, and it is one of the practical philosophies he has drawn from the Inamori Philosophy."
